Joyride Terms and Conditions

• Flying will be undertaken strictly as per current rules & regulations of Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority.
• Route for a Joy ride on any given day/time is decided by the Pilot as per the operation at Airport. 
• In case of bad weather on the day of flying, the flying can be undertaken next day or any other day as convenient to the client depending on the availability of flying condition.
• Cancellation by a client of confirmed booking for any reason within 24 hours prior to the estimated departure time will attract 100% of amount as cancellation charges. 
• 100% payment in advance at the time of booking and booking should be done at least 24 hours before the desired date. 
• All Passengers are requested to report 20 minutes prior to estimated departure time at Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore with valid original government ID proofs. Entry will not be possible without Hard copy of ID proof for all passengers.
• In case your preferred timeslot is not available, the company will provide you with the next available timeslot on the same day. If no other timeslots are open, you can either select another available date or opt for a full refund.
• In case the passengers are foreign nationals, their passport and visa details have to be provided well in advance for submission to the ATC for authorizing their entry at the gate. The booking confirmation will be given after receipt of those documents only.
• Flight time includes taxi, take off, cruising and landing time.
• Front seat will not be available for any passengers. 
• Discovering Pakistan reserve all the rights to allocate or change the seat without prior notification depending on the seat availability.
• Discovering Pakistan must be notified at the time of booking of any medical, physical or mental conditions which may affect the passenger during the flight. Failure to notify Discovering Pakistan may result in the passenger being refused to board the aircraft. Failure to notify Discovering Pakistan of any such conditions those results in cancellation will result in 100% cancellation fees to the passenger, and the company will not be liable for any kind of compensation to the passenger.
• Digital cameras will not be allowed inside Allama Iqbal International. However, Mobile phone can be used for photography purpose only within Aircraft, not outside Aircraft.
• Please avoid consuming heavy food at least one hour prior to your ride.
• Total weight of all 3 Passengers shall not exceed 220 Kgs. Max acceptable weight of single passenger is 77 Kgs. 
• Children above 2 years will occupy one seat and they will be charged full fare as of adult.
