Early Morning Departure from your given location and travel to Nathiagali. Check-in at hotel in Nathiagali and spend full day in Nathiagali and Donga Gali. Visit Pipeline track or go for Mushkpuri trekking. Night stay in Nathiagali/ Murree.
Breakfast in hotel and visit Ayubia National Park or Patriata Chairlift spot or visit Umbrella Waterfall and then travel back to Islamabad. Reach Islamabad by evening.

Yes, You can do little modifications to itinerary on tour without any additional or hidden charges but hotel stays must remain same as hotels are pre-booked. If you require Itinerary modification during tour which requires change of hotels, then additional cost will apply.
